Qualifications / Education / Experience
To be successful in this job, you need to be an individual who is passionate about using manufacturing technology to help customers solve their engineering problems, drive the continuous improvement and grow your sites. The Fremont and Concord factories are strategic sites of the Precision Technologies Group and are highly integrated with other sites in the United States, Asia and Mexico. This position is responsible for the following: •Directing the dual site operations in Production, Materials, Engineering and Quality •Active customer engagement in supporting new business and engineering •Providing the vision and leadership for applying the most advanced principals and concepts of total quality management, continuous improvement and world class manufacturing. •Developing key performance metrics, tracks performance and drives the organization in the achievement of goals and objectives. •Participating in the analysis and recommendation of new business development consistent with the organization’s capabilities and plans. •Defining and executing plans for ongoing improvement of operational systems and controls •Full P & L responsibility •Promoting Lean and Six Sigma principles to achieve profit and quality objectives •Participating with sister sites in problem solving and accelerated learning

•8+ years of manufacturing management experience •Understanding of manufacturing systems including ERP in a standard cost environment •Machine shop experience preferred including high precision welding and grinding •Lean /Six Sigma preferred

•Bachelor’s Degree preferably in Mechanical Engineering or Manufacturing Engineering
