Job Summary
Precision Technologies, a division of Benchmark Electronics, Inc. has an extensive capability in mechanical manufacturing. Our customers are leading Original Equipment Manufacturers who require exacting precision mechanical production capabilities. Our product lines include Aerospace, Healthcare, Scientific Instrumentation, and complex electro-mechanical equipment. We are seeking a motivated individual with CMM Inspector/Programmer experience. Our Capabilities Include: •Precision CNC 5-Axis Milling and Turning •Precision 5-Axis Grinding of Aerospace Turbine Engine Nozzles and Blades •Close Tolerance (Micron level) Instrumentation Grinding •Electrical Discharge Machining (EDM) NADCAP approved •Complex Electro-Mechanical assembly and test (Class 1K & 10K clean room) •Functional testing •Medium to Large Coordinate Measuring Capabilities

Essential Functions and Competencies
• Able to perform all the essential functions and competencies listed above • Works with a wide variety of most complex materials, tooling and machine operations • Able to work with the most complex materials and equipment • Interprets the most complex engineering drawings and blueprints using associated principles • May work closely with engineering in production of parts • May offer recommendations for changes or improvements to the process based on experience and knowledge • Mentors and trains lower level employees and may be back-up Team Leader or Supervisor • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret most complex technical procedures • Ability to handle most challenging multiple and frequently changing priorities • Demonstrated ability to be a leader in work group; go-to production person to resolve most difficult situations

Qualifications / Education / Experience
Utilizes knowledge to program, set-up, operate and inspect a variety of CNC and manual machines to timely and efficiently produce prototype and production parts to required specifications

• 8+ years experience in CNC programming and processing software. • Ability to read, interpret and understand blueprints. • Ability to write reports, document processes and procedures; • 5+ years leadership/mentor experience leading others in machinist activities

•2 year technical degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience as approved by executive management;
