Our Precision Technologies Division is looking for a Manufacturing Manager for our Concord, California site. Qualifications / Education / Experience
This position is responsible for all areas of departmental management including personnel, production support, maintenance, materials and tooling to ensure that products are manufactured to customer expectations The primary responsiblities for this position will be to manage CNC machining, CNC grinding, and assembly operations. This position is responsible for coordinating and managing human and material resources to achieve delivery of quality products on schedule and within/below budget. In addition, the Manufacturing Manager needs to ensures assigned team members receive the training they need to perform their functions efficiently and cost effectively.

•5+ years manufacturing experience; machine shop or contract manufacturing experience preferred •3+ years leadership role experience

•4 year engineering or technical degree preferred
