Essential Functions and Competencies
• Able to become proficient in debug techniques on electronic assemblies/subassemblies in a manufacturing environment involving Printed Circuit Boards (PCBs) • Demonstrates basic analytical skills • Basic understanding of Test Measurement and Debug Techniques • Excellent written and verbal communication, as well as, presentation skills • Effective interpersonal skills • Effective multitask skills and ability to take on additional responsibilities as required • Effective organization and prioritization skills • Demonstrates high attention to detail • Demonstrates discretion, confidentiality, and professionalism when representing the company • Works with diverse groups • Supports a 24/7 global business operation as required • Able to work overtime when needed • Participates in a continuous improvement activity

Qualifications / Education / Experience
As a Test Technician we will rely on your skills to provide technical support and debug for processes in manufacturing. You will be able to perform debug and test of assemblies as able to component level. Also will aid in troubleshooting problems, train and provide ongoing support to the Test operators. Good communication is required between test technicians and test engineers and /or leader. You will comply with quality assurance policies and methodologies of Benchmark.

0-3+ years in electronic diagnosis experience.

A 2 year technical degree required.
